Compare complete packs, not just the price per balloon

The 12-inch custom logo balloon is a useful starting point for business events. Compare the 250, 500 and 1,000 packs in the configurator. Each displayed standard pack price includes one-color, front-only printing and standard US shipping. Additional printing and approximate PMS ink matches are optional paid upgrades.

Keep the logo readable

A simple mark or a short company name is easier to recognize than a logo with a small tagline, address and telephone number. Use a contrasting ink and balloon color. White ink on a dark balloon or black ink on a light balloon are straightforward starting combinations; the digital proof is where you review the artwork before printing.

Use your cleanest original artwork. Vector AI, EPS or PDF files are preferred; PNG and JPEG files are also accepted for review. You can upload the file while configuring or choose to email it after checkout.

Plan the approval and delivery dates

For a normal online order, pay at checkout and receive a free digital proof, normally within 1-2 business days. Nothing prints until you approve it. Standard production takes 5-7 business days after approval, followed by shipping time. A proof is a digital layout for review, not a physical sample or a guarantee of an exact printed color.

For multiple delivery locations, a more complex logo, or a deadline that may need rush handling, ask us to confirm the requirements before ordering. We will not assume a deadline is achievable simply because it was entered in a form.
