For a grand opening, exhibition booth or retail promotion, printed balloons can carry your name across a display or a customer giveaway. Order around the event's practical needs: how many visitors you expect, how many display areas you have, and when everything must arrive.

Choose a quantity around the event

For planning, 250 balloons could cover 200 individual giveaways with 50 remaining for display or replacements. A 500-pack can be useful for several event sessions; a 1,000-pack can cover a larger promotion or several locations. These are planning examples, not attendance estimates or a promise that a particular pack will suit every event.

Use a design that survives a quick glance

Prioritize the company mark or event name over small print. Match a light balloon with a contrasting dark ink, or a darker balloon with a light ink. A two-color logo or printing on both sides is an optional upgrade; check the price before adding it. An approximate PMS ink match is not an exact color guarantee.

Plan inflation and display supplies separately. Balloons ship uninflated; allow time to prepare them at the venue and check what your display needs before event day.

Work backward from opening day

Normal online orders are paid at checkout. We then prepare a free digital proof, normally within 1-2 business days. Standard production takes 5-7 business days after your proof approval, with shipping time after production. Do not treat the production window as a delivered-by date.

Keep your reorder simple

If you want the same balloons again, use the repeat-order option with your previous order number. Tell us about any changes to the quantity, artwork or delivery details rather than assuming a past configuration will cover a new event.
