Printed school-name or mascot balloons can bring a consistent identity to a homecoming welcome table, open house, alumni event, admissions table or fundraiser. Choose the artwork and quantity around the actual activity, rather than starting with extra printing options you may not need.

Budget for displays and handouts separately

As a planning example, an event expecting 200 handouts might compare a 250-pack, leaving 50 for a welcome table, other displays or replacements. Several event dates or departments may need 500 or 1,000. Base the final quantity on your own attendance and display plan.

Plan homecoming balloons around your school event

Use an approved school name or mascot for welcome tables, alumni gatherings or handouts. Count display balloons separately from giveaways, then compare the current pack prices. Balloons arrive uninflated; arrange suitable inflation and check your venue’s balloon rules. Allow time for school artwork approval, the digital proof, 5-7 business days of production after proof approval, and delivery. If your event date is close, call before ordering so we can check whether the timing is feasible.

Prepare the school name or mascot

Use an approved school logo file and check who will sign off on the design. A simplified mascot or school name can be more legible than a detailed seal with tiny lettering. Choose ink with clear contrast against the balloon color, then review the free digital proof before printing.

You may upload artwork in the configurator or email it after checkout. An approximate PMS ink match is a paid option, not an exact match guarantee. Two-color printing also costs extra; check the configuration summary before paying.

Leave room for school approvals

Normal online orders are paid at checkout, then receive a digital proof, normally within 1-2 business days. Standard production takes 5-7 business days after approval, plus shipping time. Include any internal approval time when planning your order.

Before event day

Balloons arrive uninflated. Confirm your venue's balloon rules, arrange suitable inflation and display supplies, and follow the product's safety instructions. Keep the event plan separate from the print order so neither is overlooked.
