Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Effective date: January 4, 2026
1) Where we ship
- We ship to the United States only.
- Free shipping: Standard shipping is included on US orders (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
- All balloons are shipped deflated.
2) Processing / production time
Custom printed orders:
- Typical production time is 3–5 business days after we receive your final proof approval.
- Larger orders and peak periods may take longer.
Stock / non-printed items:
- Typically ship within 48 business hours.
3) Transit time (after shipment)
Transit time depends on destination and carrier service level.
- Standard/regular shipping is typically 3–5 business days in transit (in addition to production time).
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
4) Rush orders
Rush service may be available with production approval. Contact us before ordering if you have a hard deadline.
5) Shipping carriers
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS (or other carriers as needed).
6) Shipping delays
We cannot control carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or other events outside our control. If we ship on time, refunds are not provided solely due to carrier delays.
7) Multiple shipments
If an order contains multiple items, we may ship items together or separately depending on availability. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments when free shipping applies.
8) “Need in hands” dates
If you need items by a specific date, include your “Need In Hands” date in order notes or contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.
9) Lost packages
If a package is lost:
- Contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
- A reasonable resolution will be offered based on carrier claim outcome and available options.
