How It Works

Ordering Custom Balloons Is Simple

We print balloons all day, every day. Here’s exactly what happens when you place an order with us.

1. Choose your balloons

Pick your balloon size, color, and quantity from our Custom Logo Balloons collection. Add the product to your cart and complete checkout like a normal online order.

2. Send us your artwork

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Reply to that email with your logo or artwork files (AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/JPG).
Don’t have a perfect file? Send what you have – we’ll let you know if it’s usable.

3. We create your digital proof

Our team sets up your art for balloon printing and creates a digital proof showing size, position, and ink color.

4. You approve the proof

We email the proof to you. You review it and either:
• Approve it to go to print, or
• Request changes (adjust size, tweak layout, change text, etc.).

5. We print and ship

Once you approve your proof, we print your balloons and pack them for shipping. Standard orders ship within our normal production window, and rush options are available for tight deadlines.

6. Your balloons arrive ready for your event

You inflate them on site (or with your own helium/air source) and you’re ready to go.
