TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of balloonhome.com (the “Site”) and purchases from BalloonHome (O.B'S International) (“BalloonHome,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our policies referenced here (Shipping Policy, Returns/Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy).
1) Using the Site
You may use the Site for shopping, requesting quotes, and placing orders. You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
2) Product information, colors, and printing
- Balloon colors shown online are approximate. Screen settings and lighting vary. If an exact match is required, request a sample before ordering.
- For custom printing, artwork colors (including PMS references) are used as a guide. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed on balloons due to material and ink variables.
- Unless otherwise specified, balloons are printed to be read with the balloon neck down.
3) Quotes, pricing, and availability
- Prices and availability can change without notice, including due to raw material volatility.
- We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders if required for business, fraud prevention, or supply reasons.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel or correct the order. If you were charged, we will issue a refund for the incorrect charge.
4) Order acceptance
Order confirmation does not mean we accepted your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit quantities at any time, including after you receive confirmation.
5) Proofs and approvals for custom orders
- Custom printed orders require proof approval. Your order will not go to production until we receive your final approval.
- Once you approve and production begins, changes or cancellations may result in additional fees. See the Custom Orders policy for details.
6) Payment
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout (such as PayPal).
- For custom orders, your card may be charged after final approval of proofs and order details, and before production/shipping.
- Provide accurate billing information. Incorrect billing details may delay processing or trigger additional verification.
7) Shipping and delivery
- Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or events outside our control.

8) Returns, defects, and refunds
- Custom printed/personalized items are generally final sale once approved for production, except for verified defects or our fulfillment errors.
- Stock (non-printed) returns require authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.

9) Taxes
We collect sales tax where required by law. Taxes are based on the ship-to address and applicable rules at the time of purchase.
10) Intellectual property
All Site content (text, design, graphics, logos, images, and arrangement) is owned by or licensed to BalloonHome. No copying, reproduction, or distribution without written permission.
11) Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BalloonHome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
